Product usage of BD73 epoxy wear abrasion resistant floor topcoat coating:
The Hundred Shield Coating BD73 epoxy terrace abrasion resistant top coating is the aromatic series polyurethane,the product is abrasion
resistant,with good toughness,do not change colors,it is mainly used in the wear resistant reinforcement of indoor epoxy floor,it can make
the epoxy terrace bear the repeated crushing blow of vehicle and trolley,it can be used as the the epoxy floor topcoat coating of indoor
parking area,industrial factory building and warehouse etc.which has higher crush resistant and wear resistant requirements.

Performance features:
1.The coating hardness is moderate,with good impact resistance and strong wear resistance.
2.The operating period is long,it has enough construction time.
3.With good adhesive force to epoxy substrates,it will not be separated layer and husk out.
4.The coating has high cohesion strength,with good performance of aging resistant.
5.The sensitivity to the temperature and humidity is low during the construction curing period.

How to use:
1.The epoxy floor before constructing should be the one clean and dry with complete curing.

2.Make the Part B of BD73 epoxy terrace wear abrasion resistant topcoat coating pour into the Part A accoridng to the specified ratio,
it can be put into using after mixing and stirring uniformly.

3.This topcoat can be brush coating or roller coating,brush coating for 2 times,the suitable coating thickness is 1~2mm.

4.The curing time of BD73 epoxy floor wear resistant topcoat is 48 hours at room temperature,do not suggest to construct when the
temperature is below -10 degree.

Product packaging specification:
Two components,packed in a plastic drum,8 Kg/set or 16 Kg/set,it can be packed based on users’requirements.

Storage:
This topcoat is the general chemicals,should pay attention to being water resistant,fire prevention and conservation in a cool and dry place
in the process of transportation and storage.The storage period is 12 months.

Matters need attention:
1.Weigh the weight of main agent and curing agent according to the specified ratio,then mix and stir it uniformly,the curing agent component
should not be added too much.

2.Please use it in time after configuring adhesive,in order to avoiding causing waste based on the adhesive changing dense.

3.ethyl acetate is the thinning agent of this product.

4.The abrasion resistant coating without curing is afraid of water,try to avoid outdoor construction in the rainy day.

5.Forbid to run on wear resistant epoxy floor coating without complete curing.

Construction protection measures:
1.Wear protective respirator,wear protective glasses and rubber gloves.
2.Need to wash hands with soap before eating,drinking water or smoking.
3.Health hazard after contacting with:there will be skin allergic phenomenon for a few people,should seek medical advice in time and avoid
touching with this product again.If the coating material stick on the skin accidentally,should choose the ethyl acetate to wipe it out,then swash
it with clean water,if splash into the eyes accidentally,should swash it with clean water immediately and seek medical advice.

Special version:
1.Residual glue solution cured products are innocuous and unpoisonous organic solid,but it may generate the poisonous gases during burning,
non-specialized person do not do the burning treatment.

2.fire prevention measure:when the ethyl acetate catch fire,we should choose the dry powder to put out a fire,when the coating material catch
fire,we could use dry powder,sand(the abrasive material for construction using is also OK) or non chemical fiber type fabric to overlay and flap
quickly.
